Warranty – Maintenance

Warranty period: The warranty period is counted from the date the two parties sign the minutes of acceptance and handover of the finished product.

Hien Long is responsible for product warranty in the following cases:

System, accessories are not guaranteed, manufacturer’s fault.

Hien Long is not responsible for product warranty in the following cases:

Using the product not according to the instructions. The product is damaged due to the user’s fault or affected by a third party, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Damage occurs in force majeure events such as: natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, volcanoes…), fires or wars…
The technical consequences caused by Party B’s initiative to ask Party A to change the design is different from the manufacturer’s technical regulations.

Warranty location:  Products are warranted at the installation site.
